CS Strong - Designing A Website For A Show Of Strength
This project involved the WordPress website design for a cause, focusing on the personal journey and healing process of a breast cancer patient. The core challenge was to develop an e-commerce blog on WordPress that seamlessly integrated the functionality of an online store with the engaging format of a blog, while also incorporating secure integrated donation functionality through preferred platforms.
Utilizing a responsive WordPress theme customization as the foundation, I implemented custom WordPress development with custom JavaScript and code, alongside strategic WordPress plugin integration for e-commerce and donations, to deliver an optimal and user-friendly website design tailored to the specific needs of the project.
The branding included a custom logo design for breast cancer awareness, thoughtfully incorporating a specific shade of pink preferred by the individual at the heart of this website. In addition to the site and logo, I also created a range of compelling graphic designs and images for use on clothing and other merchandise, which were seamlessly integrated into an online store with branded apparel using the powerful WooCommerce features
